graces of a little-town bed and breakfast where the owners
still take an old-world interest in everyone who comes
through the door. A great many come back to our Vermont

taste-buds with shrimp and radicchio risotto, wood grilled
veal chop and orange-cinnamon crème-brulee. And of course
they come back to ski, knowing that the warming glow of an
evening fire will be there to greet them at the end of a
